Javier’s expertise lies in managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects with a strategic focus on resource optimization and sustainability. Francisco Salazar

International S.A., Francisco leads as the Director of Operations, overseeing the procurement of machinery, coordination of administrative contracting, and management of the research department. Francisco Salazar has built his career on the foundation of technological innovation and project management, strongly emphasising research and development in the Tec industry. Starting his journey in 2015, Francisco has been involved in cutting-edge technological projects within Costa Rica and internationally, presenting his work in countries such as Germany, Italy, the United States, Mexico, and France. His expertise lies in integrating Industry 4.0 technologies, digital manufacturing, and projects that deliver significant social impact.
Larissa Lomaquis

Larissa Lomaquis is our Financial Director at Landscape S.L. International S.A., where she has played a pivotal role since February 6, 2020. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Larissa has been instrumental in expanding the company’s presence in international markets, particularly in the areas of animal production and large-scale farm planning and land use.
As Financial Director, Larissa exemplifies effectiveness and innovation in business management, advocating for diversity and gender equality in a traditionally male dominated field. Her leadership has not only reinforced Landscape S.L. International’s commitment to sustainability but also strengthened the company’s market position by fostering long-term client relationships and understanding the specific needs of each market in her roles in Brazil and Paraguay.
Jeison Salazar
Legal Affairs and Community Director // Landscape S.L. International S.A.
Jeison Salazar has built a robust career grounded in legal assistance, public policy, and community leadership. Currently serving as the Legal Affairs and Community Director at Landscape S.L. International S.A., Jeison plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s legal operations and community engagement initiatives. Jeison’s professional journey began as a Legal Assistant at Jurex LAW in 2017, where he honed his skills in judicial collections and civil law. This foundational experience paved the way for his role as an Advisor in the Office of Minister Silvia Lara Povedano at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, where he managed the daily coordination of the office, collaborated on legal resolutions, and facilitated internal departmental functions.
